En diciembre de 2020 ya hab\u00edamos evidenciado esta situaci\u00f3n, en nuestro estudio de ciberacoso y salud mental que hicimos juntos a la UDD, StatKnows y el Observatorio de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y no Discriminaci\u00f3n del Ministerio Secretaria General de Gobierno, <\/span><b>el 49% de los y las j\u00f3venes entre 15 y 29 a\u00f1os a nivel nacional vivieron ciberacoso en los \u00faltimos tres meses al menos en una ocasi\u00f3n y un 65% han sido testigos de ese fen\u00f3meno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pandemia nos extendi\u00f3 geogr\u00e1ficamente y trajo grandes desaf\u00edos digitales para los que no est\u00e1bamos preparados como sociedad, como adultos, como profesionales y menos en los colegios, pero somos h\u00e1biles viendo los efectos y no analizando las causas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acoso en las escuelas comienza generalmente en las relaciones cara a cara y suele extenderse \u00e1gilmente al \u00e1mbito online, se trata de una din\u00e1mica de abuso y violencia en escolares ejercido por los mismos pares, pero no sucede solo a nivel escolar o educaci\u00f3n superior, sino tambi\u00e9n se ha visto fuertemente &#8211; y con efectos tan graves como el suicidio &#8211; en ambitos laborales; es decir, no solo afecta a los peque\u00f1os, sino que involucra a adultos, profesionales, incluso trabajadores del \u00e1rea de la salud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acoso escolar no es una situaci\u00f3n est\u00e1tica que se soluciona con un buen protocolo de convivencia. Es m\u00e1s bien la raz\u00f3n de fondo que genera espacios de mala convivencia: es el enfoque en los s\u00edntomas y no en las causas. El principal motivo viene de las victimizaciones y sus s\u00edntomas que los y las j\u00f3venes pueden estar viviendo. <\/span><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 va a pasar cuando volvamos a encontrarnos luego de no habernos visto en casi 2 a\u00f1os?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfEs posible afrontar este fen\u00f3meno de una manera integral, positiva y solidaria? \u00bfo evadir y escapar son las \u00fanicas opciones disponibles para quienes experimentan el acoso?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo elaboramos estrategias de empat\u00eda, solidaridad, compromiso y responsabilidad social que perduren en el tiempo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que pueda durar un buen letrero de \u201cNo m\u00e1s Bullying\u201d?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es fundamental implementar herramientas eficientes de sensibilizaci\u00f3n que generen conciencia, uni\u00f3n en las comunidades y no discusiones entre apoderados tan fuertes como las que se ven a diario en los grupos de whatsapp. Involucrar a alumnos y profesores, generar instancias de solidaridad, empatia, responsabilidad social, autocuidado y reportabilidad para prevenir victimizaci\u00f3n e identificarla de forma temprana antes que evolucione en autolesiones, agresiones a terceros o en suicidio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>TODO PRIVILEGIO INVOLUCRA RESPONSABILIDAD<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las denuncias son s\u00f3lo la punta del iceberg de un problema a\u00fan mayor, que es el de la salud mental de los y las j\u00f3venes en Chile. Hay muchas comunidades preocupadas por su prestigio ante las denuncias, pero el prestigio es coherencia de vida, es una relaci\u00f3n entre lo que yo digo lo que yo hago y no escapar evitando tener denuncias. <\/span><b>Educar es seducir con valores; la empat\u00eda levanta puentes de comprensi\u00f3n y no de tolerancia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo decimos desde nuestra experiencia. El 22 de mayo de 2018 nuestra hija, <\/span><b>Katy Summer, muri\u00f3 por suicidio tras ser v\u00edctima de un aterrador ciberacoso por parte de su comunidad escolar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esto\u00a0qued\u00f3 plasmado en una frase de su carta de despedida: \u201cme aterra ir al colegio\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfHas hablado de acoso con tu hijo o hija?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00bfSe siente en un ambiente seguro en su comunidad, ya sea presencialmente o v\u00eda online?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El punto principal ac\u00e1 es que, como sociedad, como comunidades escolares, como padres, cuidadores y adultos responsables, <\/span><b>estamos llegando tarde<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pero llenarnos de miedo densifica nuestra realidad y limita nuestro movimiento. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos casos de crisis de p\u00e1nico has escuchado durante la pandemia? \u00bfcu\u00e1ntos casos de alopecia? \u00bfcu\u00e1ntos casos de agresiones sin motivos, reacciones agresivas sin justificaci\u00f3n?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En \u00e9poca de Prepandemia la discusi\u00f3n sobre temas digitales se centraba en la pertinencia del uso de dispositivos m\u00f3viles en las aulas de clase. Es decir, se conversaba acerca de dispositivos y no de contenidos: \u00bfla soluci\u00f3n era realmente eliminar el dispositivo?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pandemia nos oblig\u00f3 a incorporar \u00e1gilmente la tecnolog\u00eda en el proceso de aprendizaje, <\/span><b>dejando en evidencia lo poco o nada preparados que est\u00e1bamos para hacernos cargo de mediar en estos espacios digitales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El foco inicial, a\u00fan presente, ha sido saber c\u00f3mo entregar contenidos a trav\u00e9s de un medio digital. Pero la conversaci\u00f3n en torno a la convivencia, que es lo que m\u00e1s deber\u00eda preocuparnos, no se ha dado con la misma agilidad ni prioridad que se ha requerido y trae como resultado mayores denuncias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estamos culturalmente acostumbrados como sociedad a vivir en la desconfianza y la rigidez: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a8M\u00e1s vale malo conocido que bueno por conocer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a8. Hoy necesitamos abrirnos a la sensibilizaci\u00f3n que nos hace entender y genera un compromiso. \u00bfEn qui\u00e9n vamos a confiar, en el problema o en nuestras capacidades?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos necesitamos un cierto nivel de presi\u00f3n\u00a0para lograr un mejor nivel de eficacia. Nosotros como <\/span><b>Fundaci\u00f3n Summer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> creemos que <\/span><b>ser positivos significa que hay mucho por hacer que a\u00fan no hemos hecho<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
