La pandemia por COVID-19 provoc\u00f3 una revoluci\u00f3n digital en el sector, aunque algunos de sus actores de relevancia como hoteles y aerol\u00edneas ya hab\u00edan emprendido su camino hacia una mayor digitalizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan el<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estudio<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cAre You Experienced?\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de NTT DATA, en colaboraci\u00f3n con <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globick.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Globick<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, esta aceleraci\u00f3n se debe, principalmente, a un cambio en el comportamiento del consumidor. Los dispositivos m\u00f3viles se han convertido en el dispositivo m\u00e1s utilizado, a veces el \u00fanico, para interactuar con las empresas tur\u00edsticas. La pandemia ha influido tambi\u00e9n de forma notable en este cambio de comportamiento. Debido a las restricciones de aforo, los consumidores han cambiado su estrategia de reserva, pasando de hacerlo todo en el \u00faltimo segundo a planificarlo con mayor margen de tiempo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan NTT DATA, el porcentaje de consumidores que deja su decisi\u00f3n para el \u00faltimo momento ha bajado de un 38% en 2019 a un 14% en 2021. De hecho, el 46% compra sus tickets con una semana o m\u00e1s de antelaci\u00f3n, todo esto seg\u00fan datos de Arrival.
