Cu\u00e1l m\u00e1s, cu\u00e1l menos, los pa\u00edses siguen enfrentando crisis en otros \u00e1mbitos, como el econ\u00f3mico, social y pol\u00edtico, que de un modo u otro afectan los objetivos de negocio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguir empujando la adaptaci\u00f3n exige nuevas formas de liderazgo y las empresas no est\u00e1n fuera de esto. <\/span><b>Lo primero que necesita la organizaci\u00f3n es un l\u00edder consciente de todos los contextos que lo rodean y que sea capaz de guiar a sus equipos con empat\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En tiempos de crisis y de incertidumbre como las de hoy, verbalizar la confianza a quienes trabajan en ella es un gran motor para trabajar con eficiencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n debe priorizar genuinamente las vivencias de sus colaboradores, porque genera confianza entre las partes y favorece que se todas se comprometan a\u00fan m\u00e1s con el cumplimiento de objetivos que les son comunes. Y al rev\u00e9s, vale la pena consignarlo: no involucrarlos crea relaciones de bajo compromiso laboral. <\/span><b>Ese es el factor humano de las crisis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Considerarlo y aplicarlo da una gran oportunidad para priorizar el bienestar de los trabajadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quienes tienen la responsabilidad de gestionar en entornos dif\u00edciles est\u00e1n llamados a realizar ajustes para la toma de decisiones \u00e1giles, la capacidad de adaptarse al cambio, la automotivaci\u00f3n, el trabajo en equipo y la comprensi\u00f3n del cambio organizacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas son algunas actitudes y conductas claves<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>El compromiso como un valor grupal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El compromiso que el l\u00edder evidencie, particularmente a trav\u00e9s de sus actos, son los que marcar\u00e1n el involucramiento con el entorno y el de su equipo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Compartir toda la informaci\u00f3n positiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sobre todo en estos momentos de dificultades como los actuales. Las noticias positivas son muy valoradas, generan alegr\u00eda y tranquilidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Siempre cerrar una conversaci\u00f3n con agradecimientos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Gratitud por haberse aportado ideas durante a una reuni\u00f3n, por el trabajo realizado con entusiasmo y compromiso, y por todo aquello que forma parte de lo cotidiano y que se hace en tiempo y forma. Estos gestos siempre tienen un efecto positivo y de bienestar en quien la recibe.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Una gota de humor. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puede ser el mejor aliado frente a la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio. Ayuda a distender el ambiente, genera cohesi\u00f3n y crea lazos de confianza.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Propiciar la cultura del autocuidado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dar tiempo al equipo para hacer pausas saludables y propiciar encuentros informales.
